Injection

Injection is a process in which the rubber is softened and injected into the mold under controlled temperature, pressure and temperature conditions.
The rubber mixture (unvulcanized) is inserted into the machine in the form of a strip, the mixture softens because the heating coming from the body of the snail and the internal friction created in the raw material in the process.
The rubber mixture accumulates and when accumulated amount of rubber required, the machine is ready for injection.
The rubber is injected into the cavity of the pan, which is kept in a closed position by hydraulic force
The rubber push is made by advancing the snail forward (as a piston). While the rubber mixture is heated in the mold, additional material is added for the next injection. At the end of the time the mold opens and the product can be removed, the machine will be ready for another injection as soon as the mold is closed.
